A Good Listener: listening is the best way to show attention and empathy to the speaker. By doing so, we are easier to do facilitation.

Just a brief note to say thankyou for purchasing Claire’s CD and supporting her project. We are privileged to help 60 orphans in a poor area in Bali. We fed them with nutritious food and give each of them a health pack contains; Soap, shampoo and a tooth paste.
