Qualities Of Facilitator

As the basic foundation of SPACETOGIVE, qualities of a facilitator are designed as follows.

A Good Listener: listening is the best way to show attention and empathy to the speaker. By doing so, we are easier to do facilitation.

1. A Servant Attitude : By being a servant, a facilitator has a good opportunity to giving help thoroughly.
2. Act Dynamically: A facilitator has to be dynamic in responding to his or her partner so that the relationship built tightly in mutual understandings.

These above qualities will determine the success of the outcomes of which SPACETOGIVE and its partners are agreed upon. We really cannot neglect nor put aside these qualities. However, these qualities will meet its goals, when the partner also gives reciprocal responds appropriately. When a partner does not care to its work, lazy, de-motivation and its works are very poor, it will not contribute at all to the success of the outcomes. It will even destruct the agreement and the partnership surely will be in vain.

Quality facilitator and good management of a partner will be the most significant contributor to start up a partnership and in turn succeeding the outcome.
